“Voice for Kids” Campaign

“Voice for Kids” Campaign

Every child deserves a voice!

Approximately 40% of children with autism are non-verbal and many struggle with communication. One of Mario’s biggest challenges is communication. Mario’s struggle with communication inspired us to launch the “Voice for Kids” Campaign to help children with autism find their voice. Just because some children can’t speak, doesn’t mean they don’t have anything to say!

Not being able to speak is not the same as not having anything to say.

Technology such as iPads and apps can help children wi1h autism develop language and social skills. The iPad is also a great tool for education.

Team Mario, in partnership with Knapp Community Care Foundation, and with the help of generous sponsors and participants of the “Piece Out” Campaign, is proud to help make a difference in the lives of non-verbal children affected with Autism Spectrum Disorder by offering iPads and accessories to families who would otherwise not be able to provide these resources for their children. We are now accepting applications.
